Diabetic Dessert Recipes: Jello Mousse
A light and fluffy dessert!
Ingredients
1 5/6 cup Tea (any flavor)
1 1/3 oz sugar free strawberry jello (any flavor)
2/3 cup low-fat milk or soy
Directions
1 Brew your tea and place on the side.
2 Get a large bowl and combine jello with cold milk.
3 Add tea while beating with a whisk until thick and smooth. Pour into glasses and refrigerate until firm.
