2 cup water
1 package unflavored gelatin
2 cup water , boiling
3 oz sugar free raspberry lemonade mix
3 oz lemonade sugar free dry mix
1 oz fruit – raspberries (optional)


1 In a medium mixing bowl, mix the cold water with the gelatin. Let sit for a couple minutes. Stir, and then add the boiling water. Whisk the mix until the gel is completely dissolved.
2 Pour1/2 of the mix into each of two 8×8 glass baking dishes. Add the raspberry lemonade mix to one dish. Whisk to dissolve. Add the lemonade mix to the remaining dish. Whisk to dissolve. Let stand until cool.
3 Cover both dishes with wrap and refrigerate for about 5 hours or until firmed.
4 Cut each dish of gelatin into 1-inch cubes. Arrange layers of lemonade and raspberry lemonade cubes in each of 4 martini or white wine glasses.
5 Add 1 tablespoon whipped topping and a raspberry. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for up to 3 days.
